I effectively ’burnt the boats leaving no option but success‘ when I left a high paying position, with a strong company, in a rapidly growing division to follow a passion. Improving organizations and empowering the people within so both can realize their true potential. Given the opportunity to lead several very successful teams over a ten year span, I studied and applied multiple different leadership concepts and ideas. Watching the people and business grow so fast, it finally felt like I was doing what I was supposed to be doing. During this time I also helped create the next two generations of leadership who continues on today. After replicating this career success several times myself, then helping others successfully replicate the same, the vision began.
